This was an amazing improvisation. 

Soba noodles, cucumber, bean sprouts, carrot, yellow pepper and tofu in peanut sauce. 

The sauce was made of natural peanut butter, low sodium soy sauce, sriarcha, olive oil, hot water, garlic powder and nutritional yeast. 

The best part about making an awesome dinner? Having enough for three more awesome meals.
