Seriously. You can’t snack and play at the same time. I’ve figured out how to eat while I read, eat while I cook, eat while I work…mindlessly. But when I’m focused on a video game, I lose the cravings and binging. My Wii has been a healthy living tool - go figure! You can easily kill two birds with one stone and play a game that gets you moving too. I love wii fit for that.
