Anyone up for a challenge?

I’m curious to see how other people keep track of their eating habits throughout busy work days. I’m known to plan ahead…so I’m going to post my eating plan for tomorrow (including liquids!), take a picture of each item along the way and see if I was able to keep on track at the end of the day. I always read about how writing down your intake keeps you accountable, so hopefully it will.

I challenge you to do the same. For one day (today or tomorrow), keep track of everything that you eat and drink. That includes a bite here or a snack there. Then, share it with me! Did you eat enough? Too much? How will you change your plans for the next work day? 

Plans for Tuesday February 21st.

5:30-Wake up, get ready, leave.

6:00- Banana, strawberry and vanilla almond milk smoothie - get on the subway, read.

7:00-Arrive at the gym, one hour training session with Maria, one full water bottle.

8:00-Shower, primp.

9:00-Get in to work, warm up steel cut oats with blueberries, peanut butter and jam, get working. One full water bottle.

12:00-Lunch break; sandwich with guacamole, asparagus and mushrooms. Side of carrots, baby tomatoes and hummus. One full water bottle.

3:00-Continue the work day with a snack - an apple! One full bottle of water.

5:00-Head on home, meeting bf for the long subway ride.

6:00-Unpack, warm up leftovers for dinner - chickpea and sweet potato stew on quinoa. One full bottle of water and a green tea.

6:45-Prepare breakfast and lunch for tomorrow (more steel cut oats and a different veggie packed sandwich), pack fresh gym clothes, settle down to catch up on some TV with the bf (Walking Dead!).

9:00-Get ready for bed.

9:30-Go to sleep satisfied :)

All in all, I have a day of hard work in the gym, good eating and productivity at work to look forward to. Rooting for me? I’ll post the outcome tomorrow night.
