My sister and I got up early and killed it from 7am-8:20! Here’s what we did.

Left reverse lunge
Right reverse lunge
Toe taps

Reverse crunch
Bicycle
Toe touches (with medicine ball)
Leg raises

20reps x3sets
Ballet squats
Frog squats

30secs x 2 sets
Regular plank
Right plank
Left plank

10 assisted chin ups (machine 6)
40 front lifts (machine)
20 chest press (machine)

20 minute run (3km)
