SUCCESS!
Planning my meals and snacks was a great idea. I stayed the course verbatim! Sadly, my trainer didn’t show up this morning so I had a date with Nike training club. On the bright side, she’s going to make it up to me with a free session. I’m posting from my phone tonight, but I’ll be sure to post the photo evidence of my healthy day at work tomorrow.

Anyone up for a challenge?
I’m curious to see how other people keep track of their eating habits throughout busy work days. I’m known to plan ahead…so I’m going to post my eating plan for tomorrow (including liquids!), take a picture of each item along the way and see if I was able to keep on track at the end of the day.
